What types of photography services do you offer?

I specialise in photo sessions for family gatherings, anniversaries, birthdays, and more. My dedicated approach ensures that I capture the genuine joy of your special moments, creating cherished memories for years to come. Send me an email or give me a call to chat about it. My goal is to capture your unique story with authenticity and charm, ensuring memorable visuals you’ll treasure. But also to have fun!

Do you travel?

So you don’t live in the Central Coast but would still love a session with me? No worries.
In trying to keep things simple for you I have the following breakdown:
Anything within 20Km of Empire Bay in the Central Coast is free.
After 20km I charge a travel fee of $1.00/Km to the destination (Ex GST)

If you are more than 150Km away then I quote separately.
Thats it!

What do we wear?

I love natural fabrics and muted colours but it honestly just depends on what you feel good in. Wear what you love but make sure its OK to get a little mucked up. If you don’t already know, kids make everything grubby 😉
If you want to go crazy and wear a formal dinner suit and a 3m tall top hat then go for it! Im all about the crazy fun. that makes up your family. We will have a chat before our session but you are more than welcome to bring some outfit options on the day.
Bring some light layers. Evening and mornings can be a little chilly and a light top will take the bit out and also give us some alternate looks.

What do we bring?

Snacks! Mostly for the kids but bring something nice for everyone. Make your photo session a fun event and some cheese and drinks afterwards will be a great way to end it. Or depending on how hangry everyone is, its a great way to start it 😀

I feel stressed!

Planning a photoshoot can feel overwhelming, but letting go and diving into the moment is the best way to keep things light and fun. Tell your kids it’s a special family adventure—maybe after dinner and even past bedtime! Framing it this way makes the experience exciting for them. Once they’re outside in the fresh air, surrounded by nature, and with their family ready to have a great time, they’ll often get so caught up in the fun they won’t even notice it’s way past their usual bedtime.

Can I upgrade my package afterwards?

Yes! If there are a bunch more images you love and you are keen to take advantage of the Deluxe package then just let me know and I’ll make it happen.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, I setup a PayPal Payment plan with yourselves. The session would have to be paid up in full before we shoot.

Why are your sessions so early or late?

Photography is all bout the light and some of the most beautiful light is from what we call Golden Hour. Its that magical time around sunrise and sunset where colours are warm, the light is soft an flattering and the coffee tastes extra god.
But not to worry if you cant make it then. Let me know when is a good time and I’ll work around you and your families timetable.

What if we are awkward or shy af?

Thats OK! I will be there to guide you through the process and make it fun. Its genuinely just about interacting with each other and not hamming it up too much. I keep my sessions short because kids are easily distracted but there is a golden moment when they forget Im there are just start being themselves.

I dont like posed shots!

Me too! The best photos are when you and your kids are just being with each other. I’ll sometimes give you a scenario to do or a movement to complete. That lasts all of 2 seconds before either the parents or kids fluff it and it turns into laughter. Thats the moment I capture.

Do you offer photography workshops?

Its not something I advertise but I can create a one on one workshop to deep dive into whatever you are wanting to improve. While my main focus is on capturing your family’s precious moments, I occasionally offer tips and insights on our blog to help you improve your photography skills.
